Agim Sulaj is an Albanian born artist who now lives and works in Italy and who has exhibited extensively around the world since 1979.

Born in Albania in 1960 Agim Sulaj began his artistic career at the age of 18 when he joined the Tirana Academy des Baux Artes. After graduating in 1985 his interest in painted political satire was piqued and he worked as an illustrator for the magazine Hosteni.
